The EAG Deputy Chairman is approved by the Plenary Session to substitute the Chairman in his/her absence and to perform other duties assigned by the Chairman. The Deputy Chairman shall be approved for each presidency period on a rotating basis in the order of the Russian alphabetical order of the names of the Member States. The EAG Chairman and Deputy Chairman cannot be simultaneously representatives of the same EAG Member State.

Graduated from the Higher Educational Courses of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2013.
Professional experience:
From 2002 to 2009, he worked as an investigator in the F. Khuzhaevsky District Prosecutor's Office, then as a senior investigator and head of the crime investigation department in the Bukhara Regional Prosecutor's Office.
From 2009 to 2013, worked as the head of the department for combating economic crimes and corruption in the Bukhara Regional Prosecutor's Office.
From 2013 to 2016, worked as the prosecutor of the Karavulbazar District and the Gijduvan District of the Bukhara Region.
From 2016 to 2018, worked as the first deputy prosecutor of the Jizzakh Region and the city of Tashkent.
From 2018 to 2023, worked as the prosecutor of the Khorezm Region, Namangan Region, and Samarkand Region.
From 2023 to 2025, worked as the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since August 1, 2025, has served as Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Head of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes.
