The Program for young financial intelligence officers is being organized for the third time by Rosfinmonitoring together with Rossotrudnichestvo and ITMCFM under the auspices of the International Movement on Financial Security. This year, delegates from 7 member states of the Eurasian Group on Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (EAG) are taking part in it.

During the five days of the business and cultural program, representatives of the financial intelligence units of Belarus, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will visit the Bank of Russia, the Federal Tax Service of Russia, VTB Bank, and participate in roundtables, seminars, master classes and other events.

Delivering the speech at the opening ceremony, Yury Chikhanchin wished the participants further professional success and noted the importance of the “New Generation” training events for developing key skills and competencies in preparing representatives of national anti-money laundering systems for the upcoming round of mutual evaluations.

"I am glad to welcome you to Moscow at the “New Generation 2025” opening.
This meeting is also associated with the fact that we continue to actively develop the International Movement on Financial Security, and you are part of it. The training events will prepare you for evaluations activity as well as will enable you to predict what the future holds for both international and national anti-money laundering systems, how they will evolve with the rise of new technologies, forms of calculations, challenges and threats," said Yury Chikhanchin.

On the first day of the Program, the delegates will participate in a business game "On the specifics of the new round of FATF/EAG mutual evaluations", a roundtable "Effective International Information Exchange" and a case game on identifying and blocking assets of individuals involved in terrorist activity.
