The 19th EAG Plenary meeting in Ashgabat, (Turkmenistan) 10 - 15 November 2013

    From 10 to 15 November, 2013 in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) the 19th EAG Plenary and Working Groups session will take place. EAG Regional Workshop on asset freezing in accordance with the requirements of UN Security Council Resolution 1373 (2001) with the participation of UN CTED will be held during the Plenary week. The event will be attended by representatives of all EAG Member States and observers.

    From 10 to 15 November, 2013 in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) the 19th EAG Plenary and Working Groups session will take place. EAG Regional Workshop on asset freezing in accordance with the requirements of UN Security Council Resolution 1373 (2001) with the participation of UN CTED will be held during the Plenary week. The event will be attended by representatives of all EAG Member States and observers from more than ten countries and international organizations.

    The plenary session will take a decision on a change in the presidency of the EAG for 2013 - 2015, the completion of the monitoring procedures on the results of the 1st round and to prepare for the 2nd round of mutual evaluations of the EAG, and on other initiatives of the Group.

    Location of event - Ashgabat city is located in the foothills of the Kopet Dagh and is the largest city in the country. Ashgabat is the administrative, industrial, cultural and scientific center of the country. It formed an educational, scientific and intellectual potential of labor, transport and communication systems, services, trade, hotels and entertainment.
