Sentence for terrorist financing was pronounced in Russian Federation

The Central District Military Court of Russian Federation sentenced a person committed terrorist financing. 

Preliminary investigation and the Court established that during the period from September 2014 till February 2016 Mr. M, being in Surgut city, knowing that another citizen of Hanty-Mansiysky Autonomous District (Yugra) participated in activity of forbidden terroristic organization, made several money transfers in total amount of 135 000 rubles to bank cards which were informed to him.

It is found that Mr. M also took part in activity of illegal armed formation.

The evidence gathered by the investigation was found sufficient by court . According the court verdictMr.M was found guilty of crimes provided in articles 208 and 205.1 of Criminal code and was sentenced to a prison.
