Seminar for Parliamentarians of Kyrgyzstan

On March 27-28 a seminar for members of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan was held in Moscow, organized by the EAG and Rosfinmonitoring.

The seminar was centered on the issue of Kyrgyz AML/CFT legislation. The parliamentarians, who were accompanied by the Chairwoman of the Kyrgyz FIU got acquainted with the experience of Rosfinmonitoring and more generally the Russian AML/CFT system. 

The Kyrgyz AML/CFT law passed through parliament on June 16, 2006.
