On 23-24 November 2011 the EAG Plenary and Working groups meetings will pass in Xiamen (China)

    Delegations of the member states of the Eurasian group Belarus, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, as well as the experts representing EAG observer countries and international organizations will take part in the Plenary.

    The meeting will start with introductory remarks by the EAG Chairman Oleg Markov, Deputy Chairman of the People's bank of China Du Jinfu and the mayor of Xiamen city Liu Kequint. Reports of EAG member states on the progress in the development of national AML/CFT systems are on the agenda of the Plenary. The information on monitoring of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan by the FATF International Cooperation Review Group will be also presented to the participants of the meeting.

    Issues of research work and technical assistance conducted by ITMCFM, as well as the EAG work plan for 2012 will be discussed in the course of the meeting.
